"It's human nature to stretch, to go, to see, to understand. Exploration is not a choice really; it's an imperative." - Michael Collins
It all started with a plan to go somewhere new and explore the place where very less people prefer to go. After planning for some days, we finalized this place.

The weather gods were pleased with us and it was an overcast day. It showed that it will rain but it didn't, and we were enjoying the cool and calm weather. Heading to a place which was only 145 km away and still undiscovered. Selecting the route which would get us some scenic landscape, and we can return before nightfall.

After selecting the destination, the best route and the day when we would go.
We all met in Bhubaneswar, drank tea and talked a bit as we met after a long time. After all that we began our journey, as i said above the weather was really risky and we were praying that it should not rain. We continued to ride our bikes for some kilometer which consist of some usual highway. After taking the bypass in Khurda, roads became more greener and less crowded. Just imagine, riding your motorcycle in a lonely road accompanied by some best people you know and weather changed to perfectly fine, What else do you need?

As the road became less crowded, you can imagine what could be the condition of the road. It was not maintained and quite rough for a while but manageable if you are on a motorcycle. To be more precise, roads are bad in Kantilo, Nayagarh but for a few kilometers only. Then you would be riding among hills and nature.

Satakosia is basically located near Mahanadi River and you can hire a boat to go and see some crocodiles.

Finally, we reached our destination and you would not expect this beautiful place in such a remote location.
Once you reach this place, you won't be willing to go back. The name of this place is Satakosia Tiger Reserve but don't expect any tigers over here, you would be able to spot a leopard(if lucky or you decide to come at night). As this place is deep inside dense forest, I would not recommend you going alone.
We spent approximately 2 hours there, sitting with our legs dipped in water, gossiping and complimenting this place. There was silence and the kind of serenity which you would enjoy. I promised myself that someday i would return again.
